The Field Guide to Leading

Name what you're seeing. Then do something about it.

A field guide is the book you carry into the wild so you can recognize what's in front of you. This one is for the terrain of leadership, the meetings and hallways and kitchen tables where so many capable women hold everything and run out of room to be held.

Every page here answers one real question in plain language. Some name a pattern you may have been living inside for years. Some explain what this body-based work actually is, without the jargon. Some give you a practice you can use before your next hard conversation. All of them grow from the same root: communication is a nervous system event before it's a language event.

oh... that's me.
