I started as a journalist, trained to examine every story from every angle. That discipline of inquiry, and the commitment to truth, still grounds everything I do.
Along the way, I built frameworks for inside-out communication, first to steady myself, then for the leaders I guide.
For years I practiced and integrated these principles while I ran my business. Now I'm making the work explicit, and putting it in your hands.
