My work lives inside what I call The Field for Human Communication—a relational approach to how we lead, speak, decide, and shape culture together.

I’m Mary Huron Hunter—a communication strategist, certified mediator, facilitator, and coach with 30+ years working across corporations, nonprofits, startups, and government.

I began as a journalist, trained to examine every story from a 360-degree perspective. That discipline of inquiry still grounds my work.

What I know:
Culture doesn't live in statements. It lives in how power is exercised, how feedback is given, how conflict is met, and how decisions are made.

What I do:
I help leaders, changemakers, and organizations translate values into observable behaviors—through communication that is clear, embodied, and relational.
