SEEKER. STORYKEEPER. SOUL GUIDE.
Holder of ancestral wisdom and deep listening. Devoted to the art of remembering, reclaiming, and reimagining wholeness.
Deena Stuerman (she/her/hers) walks the path of remembering, reconnecting, and reclaiming wholeness—within herself and with others.
Rooted in the legacy of her grandmother and symbolized by a single Russian doll passed down through generations, Deena’s journey led her to explore the layered stories and inherited patterns that shaped her life. She came to understand that remembering is a powerful act of healing. Layer by layer, like the Russian doll, we return whole.
Drawing from Psychosynthesis, soul work, and reflective practices, Deena helps others reconnect with their true selves on the path to purpose. Through deep listening and story as a medicinal tool for insight and transformation, she supports the unraveling of outdated roles and beliefs, and the rediscovery of voice, direction, and belonging.
Deena sees story as thread—each one part of a greater whole. Her work invites thoughtful exploration of personal and inherited narratives—discerning what must be repurposed, reclaimed, or released.
Deena creates spaces where transformation and collective belonging meet—where grief can be honored, joy reclaimed, and new ways of being imagined—together.
